I returned for mix duties on one-man-army James Parkinson’s alter ego, One Cure For Man’s 6th album ‘The Silence Of Gold’.

This will be the 5th album I’ve mixed for James…and other than drumming duties, James recorded and played everything from his home studio.

If you like your indie rock with its heart on its sleeve, you’ll really enjoy it.

Mixing made heavy use of SSL, UAD and Soundtoys plug ins…in particular the SSL 4000 E channel strip, which is my go to channel strip at the moment: love how you can flip and drive the pre amp.
