So, grabbing hours here and there, managed to finish one side of the studio.. the wife’s. Made a couple of drawers for her, too. More to add, but for now, done.
My side, added a nice big 80 cm deep worktop for a mixing desk (one day!) and a side desk… idea being there’s lots of space to put stuff out .. toys, instruments.. whatever. When the piano gets put in there, it’ll suddenly feel much more cramped.. bearing in mind, the room’s only 2 metres wide and the piano’s 63cm: still wide enough to swivel on round…. and everything’ll be in reach
So, here’s some piccies: lights in. Sink’s in. Cheap spruce ply, cut, sanded, waxed then varnished.
